Enabling of user id

         1)      In case you are getting error saying  “userid is disabled” , Please follow below steps to enable the userid.

           2) Select SSOAdmin module from the drop down.

     

     3)  Select maintain user details from the left side menu.

          Select function as ‘modify’ and userid in userid block and then click on go button.

    4)  Change disabled from date and disabled till date to past date as shown in screen shot.

          Ex: 01-01-2014  Note: Please pick the date from date picker. Then please submit the changes.

    5)  Logout and login again from different user id for verification of the changes.
