Reset Password

Please follow the below screen shots to reset the password.

1)Please login into finacle application and go to SSOAdmin module.

2) Select reset user login details from the left most side menu.

3) Select function as ‘modify’ and give user id, which password need to be reset in user id block and reset type should be password.Then Please enter the new password and confirm password and click on submit button.

4) After submitting, below msg will pop.

5) Logout and login into from different user id to verify the changes.

6) Select the user id and click on submit.
